One day Jesus asked me to walk with Him. He asked that I walk with Him, not only in spirit and in my thoughts, but physically as well. I asked the lord: “Where shall I walk?” And the Lord said to me, “I shall take you.” I was inspired to walk and look for a large tree under which to pray. I had it in my mind to look for a beautiful tree.

So, I began walking. I came to a street corner, and I asked, “Which way should I go?” The Lord then said to me, “Take the path north.” My eyes were on a sidewalk or path along that street. I came to another corner and wanted to turn up the street leading to the Church. But the Lord said, “Continue straight ahead.”

And so, I kept on going north passing some trees until I saw a large one alone with a broken limb. It looked like it was on fire with the sunlight on it. What came to mind was that it reminded me of the bush in the Bible that Moses saw burning. It was interesting except for that broken limb.

As I came upon that tree, I heard the Lord say to me,” Stop here.” I said, “Here Lord? This broken tree?” I didn’t like the fact that it had this big broken branch and was thinking that there had to be a better one than this. And I said to the Lord, “It is a large tree, but it’s broken.” Then the Lord said to me, “My heart is broken.” And I said to Him without thinking or any hesitation, “Yes Lord, your heart is broken” And I thought of much that hurts our Lord.

Then I looked at what I was standing in the midst of. Under that tree, which gave much shade, the ground was covered with pine needles. But that wasn’t all. There were all kinds of litter, food wrappers, bags, beer cans, pop bottles, and even muddied tarnished garments of some kind. And in the middle of it all a large stone that was broken into pieces. Then the Lord said to me, “What do you see?” I said, “I see a mess, Lord. I see all kinds of litter everywhere.” The Lord said, “It is littered here as is the world littered with all kinds of sin. Help this world to repent.”

Then the Lord said, “What else do you see?” I said, “I see some kind of soiled clothes. One looks like a muddied dress and the other a ragged shirt or something.” The Lord said, “My Church is muddied and torn. It needs cleaning and healing. Help with the cleaning and healing of My Church.”

Again, the Lord said to me, “What else do you see?” I said, “In the middle of everything I see a smashed stone, a pile of rubble, like a broken altar.” The Lord said, “You see well. As I have already told you, many of my children do not receive my Body and Blood. Many do not partake of, nor do the offer to the Father the one and only acceptable Sacrifice. It is only through Me that My Church will be healed, and by the Holy Spirit working in all to give glory to the Father and the Son. Help in restoring my altars to all my people and the one and only acceptable sacrifice that of My Body and Blood shed for all on Calvary.”

Jesus is returning soon. There is much do be done in preparation. But so far no one is really getting it. Few, if any, are hearing the Lord as they should. Most are hearing themselves or the counterfeit spirit or no one at all in the matters at hand.

Who is willing to heed God’s restoration in Christ and His renewal? Who will go on preferring another kind of restoration in Christ, another kind of renewal of the Lord’s? Will you take a certain walk with Jesus? Or will you choose to do otherwise?
