“The just man lives by faith.”(Romans 1:17, Habakkuk 2:4, Galatians 3:11, and Hebrews 10:38)

Faith in its widest sense means to accept as true something we do not know or understand simply because someone tells us it is true. Is this the faith the just man lives by? Just what kind of faith is being referred to?

There are different kinds of faith. There is demonic faith, natural faith, and supernatural faith.

Demonic faith?” Do you believe that God is one? You are quite right. The demons believe that, and shudder.” (James2: 19)

Demons believe in God and they shake with fear. They know who Jesus is. They know the truth about Jesus and believe. But their knowledge and belief of Jesus is informational and not transformational.

You may have a faith like them which is not transforming. You may not be saved by the faith you have is the point.

You may know who Jesus is and may even know Holy Scripture like the back of your hand, but if you are a rebel like the demons who also know Holy Scripture that well, and you have not repented of just one of the deadly sins you have committed, then your fate will be the same as that of the demons.

You men of God advocating for demonic faith must repent. demonic faith, unlike genuine faith that saves, is not accompanied by good works which are the outward expressions of a transformed life.

One must have a living faith as opposed to a dead faith that lacks good works to be saved in Jesus Christ. ( James2:24-26)

Much of Christendom today has a dead faith. Much of Christendom not only has a dead faith but has sinned against it or denied it by their words, signs, deeds, or even by their silence. So very many in Christendom have in some, and even in many ways, abandoned Christ.

Faith that saves is a gift from God. Therefore, there must come a time when God, who is infinitely just as well as infinitely merciful, will no longer allow His gift to be abused and His love flaunted. With His supporting hand withdrawn, faith dies and apostasy from Christ stands in its place.

Dead faith can produce no fruit for eternity. It is as useless as a body without a soul.

Those who have abandon the faith in some way, or altogether, have rejected the light for darkness.

Let us continue understanding faith and the faith that the just man lives by.

Natural faith is if we believe something because of the word of another human being. We believe a doctor when he or she diagnoses a case, that is natural faith. Natural faith can be directed toward God having a supernatural object, but its foundation and its origin is in the person himself or herself.

Too many in Christendom have been led to believe that there is no necessary relationship between faith (what they believe in Christ) and what they do. Thus, too many are lost to false teachings about faith in Christ and salvation. They are captive to false doctrines such as the false doctrine of” once saved always saved.”

Unless you repent, speaking to you ministers of the false doctrines so loved and preached, you will have no rest for all of eternity. Who am I to say this? I am a messenger of the Lord Jesus Christ. The question to you is not who am I to say this to you but what kind of faith do you have in these words meant for your good and not your destruction?

So, just what is the kind of faith that the just man or woman lives by? It is Supernatural Faith.

When we consider this faith which we must have it is a reference not to a human natural faith but to a divine faith by which our intellect is perfected by a supernatural light imparted to the soul by the Holy Spirit.

This Supernatural Faith we must have is infinitely superior to merely natural faith. This kind of faith is an act of the intellect under the dominion of the will, by which, with the help of God’s grace, we assent with complete certainty to the truths God has revealed.

” Faith is confident assurance concerning what we hope for, and conviction about things we do not see. Because of faith the men of old were approved by God. Through faith we perceive that the worlds were created by the word of God, and that what is visible came into being through the invisible.” (Hebrews 11:1-3)

Without this supernatural faith it is impossible to please God.(Romans 8:14-17) (Romans 15:13)( Galatians 5:16-27)

So let us talk further about this Faith we must have.

Abraham believed God and placed his life under His firm authority. We must do the same. Abraham gave God obedient love. We must do the same.

God’s Word comes to us and invites us to faith. God’s Word enters into our hearts and enables us to accept the truth of what is offered to us by God. This power God gives us to obey Him is what the author of Hebrews meant by faith.

Faith that saves relies on God. Faith that saves is rooted in obedient love of God. We should not look at it more as a quality we possess but as a gift from God of a relationship with Him. It is a relationship given by God and accepted by us.

But this faith which is a gift from God can be lost.

This faith is lost when one commits the sins of infidelity, rationalism, heresy, apostasy, schism and doubt. It is endangered when one commits sins of pride and immoral living.

If you lose your faith given to you by God it is very hard to get it back. When a person still has this faith, even if it be a dead faith steeped in mortal sin, that person, with the help of God’s grace, can still come back to the state of grace easier than when one rejects this gift of faith.

That person who rejects God’s gift of faith puts himself or herself in a desperate condition. For this faith is the foundation of the supernatural life and the last of the three divine virtues to leave the soul.

A faith in Christ without good works it is a dead faith and does you no good. You need a faith in Christ that is alive and not dead.

Saving faith is characterized by trust in Jesus for salvation-to rescue one from sin, by repentance and transformation by which we desire to obey Christ, and by good works which are an expression of a love for righteousness implanted by God.

“He who believes and is baptized shall be saved, he who does not believe shall be condemned.” ( Mark 16:16)When it is said that faith is needed for salvation, one must understand exactly what is meant. For this to happen you must have a full knowledge of this faith you must have.

This faith you must have may be habitual or actual.

Habitual faith is the habit or virtue of faith which, along with the other supernatural virtues, which is infused into the soul by God together with sanctifying grace in Baptism. Such a faith is sufficient for salvation in the case of infants, of children who have not yet reached the use of reason, and of persons who are mentally handicapped or insane.

Habitual faith, however, does not suffice for those who have the use of reason. We, in addition to habitual faith, must possess actual faith. That is, we are obligated to make acts of faith by which the infused capacity to believe is actually exercised, developed and strengthened.

It is not enough merely to have the faith. One must act the faith. One must have good works and faith. One must live according to God’s ways and not their own. One must live the faith in one’s daily life. If this is not the case then one has a faith that is dead.

Presently few in Christendom are serious about God and what is true salvation in Christ. The terrible truth is the majority preaching Christ are preaching a false salvation in Christ and a majority of the people of God love what they are tickling their ears with.

The time is here and upon us for reproving, appealing and constantly telling the people of God the truth in Christ. But who wants to hear it? ( 2 Timothy 4:1-5)

When put to the test most in Christendom are unwilling to protect the honor and glory of the one true God. Rather they deny Christ in one way or another.

Christ is being denied by those baptized in Him on a grand scale by words, signs, deeds, and by silence, as well as by the direct ways of sinning against faith. God’s ways are not the ways of most of His people.

You will need a faith that is alive and not dead to survive the massive assault upon us by Satan both from without the Household of God and from within the Household of God. And you will need this faith to survive the impending doom upon this nation of ours-a nation which was to be under God and a light to the world shinning with His truth, which has made another choice and stands now as a great harlot who has the world drunk on her lewdness.

The abominable and sordid deeds of her lewdness, the social crimes of our nation, and those especially of Christians and Jews and Moslems in particular, call down God’s wrath.

The heresy of indifferentism is widespread in our nation (USA). Democracy has been given a bogus meaning to many. Yes, in a democracy Christian charity requires that we respect our neighbors consciences and convictions even when we know that they are wrong. But Christian charity in a democracy does not demand that we pretend that wrongness does not matter. To put error on the same pedestal as truth is to be guilty of a sin against faith.

Have a confident belief in God’s justice. Have patience in awaiting its execution. Read the Book of Malachi. Read it with God.

God sees what is going on. It breaks His heart. He does not want doom for us. But when indifferentism, infidelity, rationalism, heresy, doubt, schism and apostasy from God rule the day with most in His household it becomes a time for the whole world when He can no longer hold back His anger.

Sin is a deliberate transgression against the law of God. To sin is to prefer your will over God’s will.

It is truly most in the House of God who are now in need of God’s rescue. Hear God’s cry to you! You brothers and sisters baptized in Christ but on the wrong road with your dead faith in Christ, return to the right road with Christ on it!

Who will hear the plea of this messenger of God? Who believes God even has messengers these days? Instead of hating sin, how many will hate God’s messengers and the restoration of the Lord?

God wants to restore His wayward people who are apart from Him. He wants that and not doom for you. But there is now great rejection of everything holy and true. So very many of you in Christendom have fallen away from the kind of faith you need and must have for salvation in Christ.

Blessed are those of you who are on the wrong road but who receive God’s grace being poured down upon you and you use it that the Devil’s filthy hands be removed from your eyes and you are able to look upon the words of our Lord and Savior which always will remain most true and you see what you must see here in the Word of God: ” None of those who cry out, ‘ Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of God but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.” ( Matthew 7:21)

Faith without works is dead as a body without breath. (James 2:26)

Do not deny the relationship which must be of faith and good works. Neither can merit salvation without the other.

A living faith works through love, as opposed to a dead faith that lacks good works. The faith that justified Abraham was accompanied by his willingness, at God’s request, to sacrifice his son Isaac.

Be true to God. Be of a faith in God that is alive.

God has given us the gift of Faith, of believing all He has revealed, including the His truth concerning the battleground sins of today, abortion(murder), fornication( sex and living together in sexual relationships outside of marriage), and that of sodomy( sex with the same sex and trying to justify it with bogus marriages which are demonic).

We have God’s gift of Faith but we must exercise that gift. A man with powerful muscles would have those muscles turn weak and flabby if he did not exercise them.

So how do we exercise our gift of faith in Christ? By making frequent acts of faith, like going to Church on Sunday thus keeping the Lord’s day holy, and by living, not in sin, but in accordance with all God’s law. And by not going along with the evil agenda embracing the acceptance of abortion, fornication, sodomy and other abominations unto God as being ok and good.

Those of you living in a state of sin as you believe in abortion rights over God’s will, as you have either procured an abortion and have failed to repent of this evil act, or you have helped someone procure one or aided and abetted in anyway the process of an abortion, you stand in your own condemnation before God.

Also standing in your own condemnation before God are you leaders who have made or who are upholding political and law making acts which allow this sin of abortion.

This sinfulness of yours is also a crime and thus incurs automatic excommunication even though it is rarely formalized nowadays.

You men of God, who with your cowardly and sinful acts, as you refuse to hold accountable before God those political and lawmaking leaders spoken of, are not in the slightest off the hook.

As you refuse to do what some, and certainly many others could profit from, as a would be sentence passed in the name of Jesus Christ handing over to Satan those whose father is already Satan, so that they know they must repent and reconcile with God, and that their hearts which are locked from God’s grace to convict them might then open up to God that their spirits may be saved when they come before the Lord( 1 Corinthians 4:1-5), you have shown yourselves in more than one way, with overlapping sins against God, to be against God and not with Him.

Abortion is more than a personal decision, it is both a grave sin and a grave crime.

Those of you living in sin, living together and fornicating with your significant unmarried other, and those of you likewise doing the same but committing sodomy, trying to justify it, going so far as to pretend to what are bogus marriages, thinking and saying you are saved in Jesus Christ, you are of a dead faith in Christ which blackens your souls and will lead you only to the death of them for all eternity. This need not be!

Those men of God who should be telling you the truth but who are not, they care little for you. They do you no favor. It is those who tell you the truth of your existence before God Almighty who are the ones who really care about you. These who rebuke you, they are with God who loves you, that is if they are doing so not looking down at you. For all have their own struggles with the world and the devil.

Those of you saying you are called of God but who are not telling these sinners in great need the truth of their standing before God, you have a warped sense of love and compassion which for sure will be your undoing.

All of you in this world who say you love God, when your brethren or neighbor needs to hear the truth of their murder in the case of abortion, or of their fornicating, or of their sodomy, or their sacrilege in cases of receiving Holy Communion in a state of sin, or their sacrilege as men of God who knowingly give Holy Communion to an unrepentant sinner when their spiritual good requires it, you are committing a mortal sin. As are many others of you doing the same with your silence which is equivalent to a denial of faith in Jesus Christ.

I have but touched on only some of the evilness of many who are saying they believe in God, that they are saved by faith.

My brothers and sisters wanting to go on with God, in this last hour of the last days to do so will bring persecution upon you, even from those closest to you in this world. Be brave and steadfast in Christ Jesus. Blest of God you will be. ( Matthew 5:11)
